Welcome to the Ascencio Method! These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ascencio Future Inc governing your access to and use of our application and services.
By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. Users between 16-18 may use the App only with verified parental or guardian consent.
You represent that you are in adequate physical health to engage in fitness activities and have consulted with a healthcare provider if you have medical conditions.
The Ascencio Method offers fitness coaching, personalized workouts, nutrition services, progress tracking, and in-app communications with your coach.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Recurring subscriptions are billed in advance on a 4-week (28-day) cycle and automatically renew unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
The App provides fitness information for educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascencio Future Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
