Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 24-Hour Notice Required

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the full cost of the session.

1.2 No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session amount.

2. Rescheduling Policy

2.1 24-Hour Notice

You may reschedule a session without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

4. Package & Subscription Expiration

Standard session packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Subscription sessions do not roll over to the following month.

5. Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your coach directly if you need to discuss an exception.
